CEO/ Founder

Mark is a business graduate from Trinity College Dublin and has a degree in Property Law, Accounting, and Marketing. He has been involved in property leasing and management since 2001 and is a Chartered Surveyor and former Chairman of the Residential Committee of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland. Mark is also on the Property Committee for Focus Ireland which is dedicated to helping Irelands’ homeless.

Chief Operating Officer/ Chief Financial Officer

Formerly Finance and Company Director for CBRE Ireland, Anne joined MD Property in 2022 as COO and joined the Board in May 2023. Anne is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Masters in Leadership and Management Practice from UCD Michael Smurfit Business School. Anne has over 25 years of experience working in finance roles in Ireland and the UK.

Non-Executive Director

Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor with a 25-year career in real estate financing in Europe and the UK. During this time, he set up several ventures backed by Sovereign Wealth Funds and global institutional investors. Andrew joined the Board of MD Property in 2022 and along with other Board positions, sits on the Board of Focus Ireland, the largest homeless organisation in Ireland.

Non-Executive Director

Joe is a specialist in Corporate Finance and is co-founder and director of Novacies Capital, an advisory and investment firm specializing primarily in technology opportunities. Joe joined MD Property in 2017 as an advisor and subsequently joined the Board in 2020.

Strategic Advisor

Michael is co-founder of Setanta Sports and founder of Premier Sports. He holds the position of Group CEO of Premier and Setanta Sports and joined the Board of MD Property in 2020.

Senior Property Manager

Alan holds an Engineering degree from DIT and joined MD Property in 2009. A building services engineer, Alan has extensive experience in the design, supervision, and coordination of mechanical and electrical services for all building types and has been involved with the tendering of mechanical and electrical contracts and plant service maintenance agreements on some of Ireland’s largest office blocks.

Senior Property Manager

Patrick holds a BSc in Property Studies from DIT and joined MD Property Management in 2023. He is a former asset manager for the Cosgrave Developments property portfolio since joining the group in 2008 and was responsible for block management, lettings, facilities management, project management, acquisitions, and sales.

John is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the SCSI and RICS. He joined MD Property in 2021 having worked in the property industry for over 30 years, with particular experience in residential block management.

Senior Lettings & Property Manager

Alan joined MD Property in 2022 and has over 10 years of experience in sales and management working in Ireland, America, Canada, and France. He has spent the last five years working in real estate, including sales, lettings, and property management, overseeing the management of property portfolios for investment funds.

Head of Operational Property Management

Derrick holds a Business degree from DIT and joined MD Property in 2015. Derrick has extensive portfolio management experience in the insurance and property industries and specialises in the mobilisation and market stabilisation of large-scale PRS schemes. Derrick has successfully delivered, managed, and maintained over 3,000 new PRS units over 20 schemes for private equity and institutional investors in Dublin.

Director of Lettings

Linda joined MD Property in 2017 and is a highly experienced lettings manager with experience across a wide range of commercial and residential property types. Linda has worked with some of Ireland’s largest developers and agencies.

Senior Operations Manager

Elaine holds a Finance Degree from DIT and joined MD Property in 2021. Elaine has over 18 years of experience working in Fund Accounting and Depositary Services for JP Morgan and Investco.

Senior Operations Manager

Katie has worked on the operational side of property businesses for the last 10 years and brings a wealth of experience to the operations side of property management. Katie joined MD Property in 2022 and is responsible for ensuring that for both prospective tenants (lettings side) and current tenants (day-to-day tenant communications, RTB interaction), their interaction with MD Property is as efficient and seamless as possible, using the most effective processes and procedures.

Lettings Manager

Originally from Canada, Abigail began her real estate journey in 2020 as a lettings agent, advancing to manager, earning her sales license at Humber College, and joining RE/MAX as a Realtor®. After relocating to Dublin in 2023, she secured her Lettings License with the PSRA. With experience in diverse markets, Abigail brings expertise and enthusiasm to the lettings process.
